- Normally, close contact to our guests is utterly important to us. Still, we kindly ask you to go without shaking hands or hugging.
- Should you feel ill, please tell us immediately and avoid contact to others.
- There is free disinfectant at the entrance.
- Doorknobs and surfaces are constantly disinfected.
- Wearing a mask is not necessary anymore, however it is mandatory in busses and cable cars and at the supermarket.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS IN WINTER 2021
In case of cancelling 29 – 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be calculated.
In case of cancelling 7 – 0 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be calculated.

In case of a border or hotel closure or another lockdown, you can, at any time, cancel.
If you cannot come because you are ill yourself, tested positive on COVID-19 or must self-isolate because of a family member from the same household, we advise to take out insurance of the European Travel Insurance Company. Here, you find additional security without any surcharge in spite of corona.
